Terms of Service

    These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between Shree Evershine Paradise SMT Jain Sangh (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“you” or “your”), governing your use of our website and/or purchase of goods/services from us (collectively, “Services”).

    By using our website and/or making a purchase from us, you expressly agree to the following Terms.

1. Use of Services

  • You shall not use our website and/or Services for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or prohibited under Indian laws, or any other local laws that might apply to you. 
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that any goods, services, or information available through our website meet your specific requirements.

2. Orders & Availability

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information for order fulfilment and service delivery. We shall not be liable for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information you provide to us.
  • All purchases/orders are subject to availability.

3. Payments

    • Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon by us.
    • You must ensure that the payment details provided are valid and belong to you.

    4. Refunds & Cancellations

        General Policy:

          • All donations made to Shree Evershine Paradise SMT Jain Sangh are voluntary and non-refundable, except in cases of technical errors or duplicate transactions.
          • The Temple reserves the right to process or decline refund requests at its discretion, in compliance with Indian accounting and tax regulations for charitable trusts.
        Eligibility for Refund:
        Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
          • Technical Error: If a donation is deducted twice due to a payment gateway/server error.
          • Wrong Amount: If an incorrect amount is donated due to user/system error (proof required).
          • Unauthorized Transaction: If fraud/unauthorized use of card/account is proven (must report within 7 days).
        Non-Refundable Donations:
        No refunds will be issued for:
            • Donations made intentionally.
            • Change of mind or personal reasons.
            • Donations used for ongoing temple activities/seva.
        Refund Process:
          • Request Submission: Email a refund request within 7 days of donation to

                • Email: support@tvjainsangh.com
                • Subject: "Refund Request for Donation Receipt No. [XYZ]"
                • Attach: Payment receipt + bank transaction proof.
          • Verification: The temple committee will review the request within 15 working days.
          • Approval: If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
        Cancellation of Recurring Donations:

        To cancel auto-debit/subscription donations, notify the temple 5 days before the next cycle via email or phone.

    5. Liability

      • We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our Services, whether direct, indirect, or consequential.
      • We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline of authorization for any transaction due to the Cardholder exceeding the Page 1 of 2 preset limit mutually agreed upon with our acquiring bank.

        6. Governing Law & Disputes

          • Any dispute arising out of the use of our website, purchase from us, or any engagement with us shall be subject to the laws of India.
